Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and online payments processed through Paddle for CVite. Local Mauritania packs are handled separately, with payment and activation confirmed manually before activation.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a refund for a monthly subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal. If you cancel without requesting a refund, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew again.

Yearly Subscriptions

You may request a refund for a yearly subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal. If you cancel without requesting a refund, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew again.

Student Plan

If your Student plan starts with a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After a paid Student subscription starts, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal, in line with Paddle's refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Cases

We may decline refund requests when there is clear abuse, repeated refund behavior, or misuse of the service after substantial value has already been delivered. If your request falls outside the standard refund window, we will still review it case by case, but approval is not guaranteed.
